Course Aims
Outlook Express is a one-stop online communications solution for Windows 95 and Windows 98. You can compose and receive rich-text e-mail and create a personalized address book to keep track of your contacts. Outlook Express helps you manage your mail folders to suit your needs and also lets you subscribe to and download articles from newsgroups.
Assumed Knowledge
Basic PC user skills and some experience of using Windows. Knowledge of an e-mail system and using online services would be useful but not essential.
